I'm a UI/UX designer, and I come from a farming family. I grew up around the soil, the seasons, and the people who feed our country.
For years, something kept bothering me. I watched the world build apps for everything — food delivery, ride sharing, social media, banking, shopping. New tools every month, smarter features every year. But the people who actually grow our food? Farmers were left out. They had no real digital service that fit into their daily life. No simple way to sell their crops at fair prices. No app to rent farming equipment when they needed it. No trusted place to find medicines for their plants. Nothing built for them.
The idea for Harvex first came to me back in 2017. I was unwell and had gone home to stay with my parents while I recovered. Being back in the village, watching my family and our neighbours go through the same struggles I had seen since childhood, something clicked. I saw the problems farmers face every single day — not as stories, but up close. The middlemen taking the bigger share. The uncertainty about prices. The lack of transport. The helplessness when a crop got sick and there was no one to ask. From that moment, I knew I had to build something.
That dream is what became Harvex.
It's been 9 years of thinking, designing, rebuilding, and refining. Nine years of conversations with farmers, traders, and experts. Nine years of believing this was worth doing, even when it took longer than I ever imagined. Today, Harvex is finally live — and helping farmers from day one.

I believe farmers deserve better pricing. They deserve transparency. They deserve technology that respects their time and their work, instead of ignoring them. They are the backbone of this country — and yet for too long, they've been the last to get the tools that the rest of the world takes for granted.
My goal is simple: bring every farmer on board, and show them how much easier life becomes when selling crops can fetch the price they actually deserve. No more guesswork. No more middlemen swallowing the margin. No more being cut off from buyers who would gladly pay more for quality produce.
If even one farmer earns a better price because of Harvex, the nine years were worth it. If millions do, then we will have changed something that needed changing for a very long time.
